Admissions

IMC has enrollments twice a year; spring entry and fall entry.
The entrance examinations for IMC will take two forms. Applicants residing in Japan will take the Pattern A examination, applicants residing overseas the Pattern B examination. Applicants may not take both examinations in the same (spring or fall) examination period.

Important Notice Regarding Changes to the Admission Process

Qualifications for application

Applicants should be university graduates (Bachelor’s degree holders). As all classes are conducted in English, applicants are required to demonstrate comprehensive English language proficiency by submitting a score equal to or higher than one of the following minimum qualifying scores: TOEFL iBT (85 or 4.5), TOEFL ITP (570), IELTS (6.0), TOEIC (780), Duolingo DET (115), Pearson PTE-A (55), or Cambridge CPE (169).

・The examination duration is 90 minutes.
・The separate answer sheet is a B4-sized, double-sided lined sheet.
